Did you know that sexual performance has a lot to do with your level of fitness? It’s true! Most men don’t make the connection and therefore your sexual performance may not be up to par. Think about it, you may get in shape for the ski season or to play sports, but rarely think about getting into shape to perform better for sex.
I’m not talking about preparing for a marathon or a 5K run. I just mean being aware of how your level of fitness can improve your life as well as your sexual performance in bed. Maintaining your weight, exercising on a regular basis, not smoking or drinking to access are all factors leading to poor fitness.
If you want to improve your sexual performance, you need to get in shape with regular exercise and eating a healthy diet. Eat more vegetables andĀ fruit and less red meat for instance. There is a wealth of information available on healthy eating. Make a commitment to do better in this area.
If you’ve been sedentary for alongĀ time, check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program, but make yourself a promise to get off your rear end and get started. You will be able to avoid many sexual problems like erectile dysfunction, impotence or premature ejaculation.
